Maryland law requires homeowners association and condominium owners to disclose specific information regarding the community and their property upon resale including, but not limited to, all official association documents, covenants and restrictions, a statement of fees and/or assessments of the association, a statement of any outstanding rule violations, and more. Community Information : Resale Packages
CVI's resale packages contain important information for the prospective purchaser of your home. Some documents included in the package are required by Maryland Law to be provided by the seller to the purchaser. The cost is $175.00. To order, please submit your name, the address of your home that is for sale, and your check or money order payable to CVI to 6300 Woodside Court, Suite 10, Columbia, MD 21046.
Processing of the package takes no more than 20 days from the time your order and check are received. Please indicate in your request if you would like the finished package mailed (include mailing address) or if you prefer to be called so that you may pick it up.
