About CVI (Condominium Venture, Inc.)

CVI was founded by Stephen Bupp, PCAM, in 1975 to provide management services to condominium and homeowner associations. CVI was set up so that all of our systems, programs and services specialized in community associations, not rental properties.

During the initial years in business, the CVI approach focused on growth based on the number of homes under management. After several years on that path, we realized that the number of homes managed was not the critical part of success. At that point, our philosophy changed from volume to quality. CVI has stayed true to that approach since that time.

We are proud of our reputation which we believe consistently speaks to our commitment to excellence. More than 80% of our clients have been with us for more than 10 years. We believe that providing the highest quality of management service to a limited number of communities serves our clients, our staff and CVI the best.
